“The works completed included refurbishing two bathrooms, repairing an internal guttering, replacing timber through the bathroom and kitchen below, replacing timber through the garage, and putting in a flashing under large glass sliding doors connecting to the deck. For this last job 3 very large glass sliding doors had to be removed and the deck ripped up to get access and ultimately a large supporting beam had to be replaced. This was a very tricky job which was handled without issues. In addition to this we also had the floors resanded and polished, and internal jibbing and painting done. Bruce engaged all of the subcontractors for these jobs and all were completed quickly and to the highest standard. He also arranged for a cleaner to come through the house after the works were done.”
